After the plate is cut to a specified size, it is pre-bended to edge crimped and rolled into pipe-form on a 3-roll  bending machine. The seam is tack welded and then automatically submerged  arc-welded  from both inside  andoutside. X-ray and Hydrostatic test ensures  high quality for the Bend-Rolled Pipe.  Plate width: 600 mm. up 4500 mm.bending Outside Diameter: from 16 to 320 inches.(400-8000 mm.) Thickness: from 6 mm. up to 100 mm.
